Pancetta Soup

made fresh with ham, tomatoes, chicken broth, fresh basil, and other seasonings and wonderful rye bread that gives it a rich broth.

Served with a dollap of sour cream to give it a creamy texture.  Great as a side or get a bowl to make a wonderful meal.
